Find company tools, add vehicles and staff, configure custom quotes, hourly or fixed package pricing, and review booking options and passenger capacities.<\/p>

Administrator quick steps<\/summary>
  1. Sign in as Client administrator and verify the company name.<\/li>
  2. Open Company tools. Add Vehicle manages fleet resources. Manage Staff and Manage FrontDesk Users are separate tools.<\/li>
  3. Open the front desk, then Services & booking options. Choose custom quote, hourly or fixed package pricing.<\/li>
  4. Enter approved rates, minimum hours and verified passenger capacities. Save services & pricing.<\/li>
  5. Test a customer request and review it at the front desk before launch.<\/li><\/ol><\/details>\n

    Front desk: trip bookings and agreed pricing<\/h3>

    Review reservations, select a vehicle and service, record the driver and itinerary, enter agreed pricing, and verify the saved booking.<\/p>

    Front desk quick steps<\/summary>
    1. Open the correct company’s front desk and search existing bookings first.<\/li>
    2. Choose New reservation. Enter customer details, vehicle, times, passengers and service using the displayed company timezone.<\/li>
    3. Record driver, pickup, destination, stops and special requests.<\/li>
    4. Review the agreed quote, extras, discount and applicable fees; record the pricing reason.<\/li>
    5. Choose the appropriate status, save, then reopen to verify. Saving does not collect payment or send messages.<\/li><\/ol><\/details>\n

      Customer: request a trip<\/h3>

      Choose a service and vehicle preference, enter travel details and contact information, and send a request for staff review.<\/p>

      1. Open the booking link supplied by your vehicle or limo company.<\/li>
      2. Select a service and vehicle preference. Enter times, passengers and contact details.<\/li>
      3. Add pickup and destination addresses, stops and special requests.<\/li>
      4. Review and send the request. Submitting does not charge you or guarantee a vehicle; staff must confirm availability and pricing.<\/li>
      5. On iPhone, use Safari, Share, Add to Home Screen. On Android, use Chrome Install app or Add to Home Screen. Internet access is required.<\/li><\/ol><\/details>\n
