E-Shop, Maintenance and Newsletter are individually available optional modules at the same monthly price. The list below follows the current Super Admin module directory, with spelling standardized for readability. “Qbooks” is the directory label; confirm supported accounting integration details in the demo.

Module Monthly cost Module Monthly cost

Module availability and pricing do not by themselves establish that every workflow or integration is suitable for your property; review them in the demo.

How the products stack up

Rezsystems’ clearest advantage is predictable software cost: a site-count subscription, no Rezsystems per-reservation fee, and optional modules priced at $4.85 per month each. Choosing a system also means checking daily operations, guest booking, integrations and support.

Product Operations and guest experience Where to focus your evaluation
Rezsystems Reservation management with programmable dynamic or static pricing, separately listed operational modules and a browser-installable guest app for iPhone and Android. Guests can submit stay requests; the property must confirm them. Strong cost case for operators who want a fixed software bill. Demonstrate the required modules, payment workflow, integrations and migration before purchase. The guest app is a PWA; instant confirmed guest booking should not be assumed.
Campspot Marketplace distribution, a native traveler app, dynamic pricing, housekeeping, POS and reporting are advertised across its packages. Evaluate traveler acquisition and revenue tools. Compare the package, marketplace terms, guest-paid booking fees and optional integrations with a complete quote.
RoverPass Booking calendar, payments, automated emails, dynamic pricing, channel management, POS and reporting. Self-check-in uses a guest link; several communications and event tools are add-ons. Evaluate distribution and the required add-ons. Account for the applicable reservation charge and small-property minimum. Native guest-app availability is not verified here.
ResNexus Direct booking, housekeeping, reporting and automated emails. Premier adds capabilities such as POS, groups, marketing and contactless guest workflows. Relevant when direct-booking cost and operating depth matter. Obtain the unit- and season-based subscription quote and identify which features require Premier.
Newbook Essentials advertises reservation tools and access to up to three modules; Signature offers a broader configurable package. Guest portal and paperless check-in are advertised. Compare Essentials with Signature against your actual requirements. Confirm module choices, recurring charges and minimums in writing.
RMS Accelerate includes booking, channel management, housekeeping, maintenance and utility/accounting workflows. Elevate adds capabilities including multi-property management and API integration. A guest portal supports self-service. Evaluate integration requirements and portfolio operations. Subscription, implementation and add-on pricing require a quote.
Firefly A web guest portal supports payments, policies, messages and reservation change requests. Change requests require operator action. Evaluate the per-unit reservation charge, recurring long-term charge and separately priced services. Confirm the workflow for moving from an older system.

What this means for a campground owner

Our assessment: Rezsystems competes most clearly on predictable cost and selectable modules. Campspot deserves attention for its marketplace and native traveler app; RMS for its advertised multi-property and integration capabilities; ResNexus for its direct-booking model and operational feature tiers. These are buying considerations, not a claim that any product is universally better.

For a 100–199-site property, Rezsystems’ monthly base is $60.95. Adding five optional modules at $4.85 each brings the software subtotal to $85.20 per month, before any setup, tax, payment processing or other contracted charges. Reservation volume does not add a Rezsystems per-reservation fee.

Before choosing: run the same demonstration with every vendor: create and modify a booking, take and refund a payment, manage a long-term stay, handle a guest request, complete a staff task, and export an accounting report. Obtain written confirmation of migration scope, support hours, payment processors, integration charges, data export and cancellation terms. Published feature lists do not establish usability, reliability or implementation quality.

Keep software booking fees separate from card processing, tax, optional services and third-party booking-channel commissions. Passing a fee to guests changes who pays; it does not remove the fee.

A 100-site park: what happens as bookings increase?

Site count is not booking count. This illustration uses 100, 250 or 500 new single-site bookings per month, not occupied nights.

Monthly bookings Rezsystems base, monthly billing Illustrative $3.50-per-booking component
100 $60.95 $350.00
250 $60.95 $875.00
500 $60.95 $1,750.00

At monthly billing, Rezsystems’ 100–199-site base subscription is $731.40 for 12 months. Four quarterly payments total $719.40. Optional modules, setup services if quoted, taxes and payment-processing costs are excluded. The $3.50 illustration is only a booking-fee component, not a complete competitor quote or a claim of equivalent features. Large-park discounts, guest-paid fees and long-term booking rules can change the result.
