Reserve the table and the time

Give each table or dining area a name, set its verified guest capacity and enter an exact start and end time. Include cleanup or turnaround minutes so the next confirmed reservation cannot overlap the occupied period. A table reservation can carry no reservation fee, or use an agreed quoted charge when appropriate.

Support dining alongside other business types

A client administrator can add restaurant tables alongside an existing park or marina’s resources. Staff use the front desk to enter the party size, guest contact information, special requests and internal notes. Company settings and permissions determine who can change resources and pricing.

For a private dining room used for events, review the wedding and party venue workflow. Shared physical-space keys can protect a room and its combined spaces from conflicting confirmed bookings.

Keep pricing and extras clear

Use saved booking extras and quantity-based item prices when preparing a private dining or event quote. Existing agreed totals remain unchanged unless staff explicitly chooses to recalculate them. Reservations do not collect payment or send customer messages automatically.

Start with the right scope

This release covers staff-managed table reservations, timed space booking and customer reservation requests. Customers choose their table and times, check availability and submit a request for staff confirmation. Signed-in customers can follow their linked requests and bookings in their account. Requests do not hold a table or collect payment. It does not include food ordering, kitchen tickets, split checks, tips, waitlists or a visual floor-plan editor. Review the value of your software

Are you getting the value you deserve from what you pay for your current software? RezSystems adds no per-reservation software fee. Your written quote identifies the base subscription, chosen modules, managed resources and agreed scope. Payment processing, hardware and third-party services are separate.
