OPERATIONS SOFTWARE PRICING
Monthly costs by number of equipment units.
Your base subscription is based on the number of rental units you manage. A unit is one individual rental resource you manage: one RV or campground site, marina slip, cabin, room, vendor space, equipment item, vehicle, rental boat or reservable event space. Count resources, not bookings: one vehicle is one unit even when booked many times. Each individually managed rental resource counts as one unit.

For example, an operation with 4 or 5 equipment units falls in the $19.95 monthly base subscription tier. Optional modules are $4.85 per month each, in addition to your base subscription and applicable charges.
Sign up by December 31, 2026 and your first six months are free. Free SQL database rollover and all onboarding is free, including setup and initial training. We review your database or export, agree on scope and verify the transferred data with you.
No RezSystems booking fees or per-reservation software fees. Confirm your selected modules, billing schedule and total charges with us.
