Monthly pricing by managed storage spaces
A unit is one individually managed rentable resource: one storage unit, covered stall or parking space. Count rentable resources, not reservations or vehicles passing through a space. For pooled parking capacity, agree on the resource count before quoting.

Optional modules are $4.85 per month each, in addition to the base subscription. No RezSystems booking fees or per-reservation software fees. Payment processor fees, applicable taxes and third-party services are separate.
Six months free when you sign up by December 31, 2026
Your first six months are free, with free setup and initial training. Free SQL database rollover includes reviewing your database or export, agreeing on scope and verifying transferred data with you.
For large or multi-location operators, discuss dedicated-server options, special pricing or an outright software purchase under a written scope, license and support proposal.
