Protect setup, event and cleanup time

A wedding might run from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., with two hours for setup and two hours for cleanup. Staff enter the event start and end, and the system blocks the venue from 1 p.m. through 11 p.m. Pricing uses the event period; setup and cleanup protect availability.

Use hourly rates, fixed packages or a custom agreed quote. Multi-day events can use an exact start and end as well. Confirmed and completed bookings block availability; quotes and cancellations do not.

Manage the whole venue and its rooms

Name each pavilion, hall, ceremony area or private room and set its verified guest capacity. Shared physical-space keys let a whole-venue booking block its component rooms. Configure those relationships before accepting bookings. This is staff-managed scheduling; a visual floor-plan editor is not included in this first release.

Add tables, chairs and other rental accessories

Save reusable accessory names and per-item prices, then choose quantities for each event. Tables, chairs, linens, tents, sound systems and other options can appear as itemized extras on the same quote.

For example, a six-hour venue booking at $100 an hour plus 30 chairs at $2.50 each totals $675 before tax or other adjustments. Accessory stock is not automatically reserved across simultaneous events; confirm physical availability before promising equipment.

Fit venues within RV parks and marinas

A park or marina can add event spaces alongside its existing resources. A standalone wedding or party venue can use the same timed booking workflow. Review related restaurant table reservations, RV park operations and marina operations.

Stays and timed desk bookings remain separate booking records. When a desk resource is linked to an original property unit, both calendars check the link to prevent conflicting confirmations. Customers can choose exact event times, request accessory quantities and submit a request for staff review. Requests do not hold a venue or collect payment. Signed-in customers can follow their linked requests in their account. Bundled event-and-stay contracts, payment schedules, e-signatures and automatic payment collection require further development or a confirmed integration.

Processing, hardware and third-party fees are separate.
